WORK ENVIRONMENT WITH ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CORRUPTION AND VIOLENCE

Those of us who work at GRUPO INCO have the same opportunities for development, while we develop in a harmonious and respectful environment, which reaches out to our customers and suppliers. All the people who collaborate in the company understand that our roles and responsibilities are subject to the professional and ethical requirements defined by the company, where there is zero tolerance for corruption and violence.
 

We are inclusive and respectful, we take care of our words and actions, we do not harass or harass and we make our differences our strength. We support and welcome all people of different ages, with different religious beliefs, ethnicities, and sexual preferences without distinction. We offer the same opportunities to all our collaborators.   

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ACCOUNTING  

​At GRUPO INCO, the applicable regulations are complied with to guarantee that the financial statements and accounting are correct and transparent. Our accounts, books, records and financial statements must faithfully reflect all the transactions carried out in Grupo Inco and meet the requirements set forth in the applicable regulations (Federal Tax Code, Income Tax Law, VAT Law, etc.). Expenses must have the necessary support and it is prohibited to distort the nature of any transaction or falsify documentation. In the event of an audit, truthful, reliable and complete information must be provided.

LAWS AND REGULATIONS

The members of our labor community are committed to adhering to the established policies and procedures and applying them in each action carried out in the company or on its behalf. It is the duty and responsibility of each collaborator to know, understand, communicate and comply with the rules, as well as report any violation of them. Therefore, GRUPO INCO has a position regarding the following issues:


Anti-corruption


No worker should get involved, pretend to get involved or promote behaviors linked to corruption. This type of action is prohibited in any relationship, directly or through a third party, with government entities, public officials or representatives of the private sector.

Corruption will be considered when a person or a group of people by act or omission directly, or by influence of some other person or organization, promise, offer, receive or grant to public officials, directors, administrators, employees or advisers of a company, public or private association or foundation, a gift or any unjustified (improper) benefit to favor him or a third party, causing damage to the company.
 

Some conducts related to corruption and prohibited in our company are typified by the General Law of Administrative Responsibilities (LGRA), they include:
 

  • Bribery (art. 66 LGRA);

  • Illicit participation in administrative procedures (art. 67 LGRA);

  • Influence peddling to induce authority (art. 68 LGRA);

  • Use of false information in administrative procedures (art. 69 LGRA);

  • Obstruction of investigative powers (art. 69 LGRA)

  • Collusion with one or more private subjects, in matters of public procurement, whose purpose or effect is to obtain an undue benefit or advantage in public procurement (art. 70 LGRA)

  • Improper use of public resources (art. 71 LGRA);

  • Improper hiring of former public servants (art. 72 LGRA).

COMPLAINT CHANNEL 

Our complaints channel is a platform open to hearing complaints from our collaborators related to breaches of our Code of Conduct or possible acts of corruption and/or bribery.

You can find it on our website www.grupo-inco.com, by phone 9996891911 or in the office in the anonymous complaint mailbox to receive and manage doubts or possible violations of the Code of Conduct, internal policies or procedures. Cases that warrant it will be investigated and, if an offense is confirmed, disciplinary measures will be applied.


The company will guarantee the confidentiality of the report, the parties and the investigation. We value the help of employees to identify and report practices contrary to our Code of Conduct or violations of current regulations, for which we will immediately address any of these cases. In no case will there be retaliation against those who report any of these practices.
